Regenerating Circumferential Bone Loss

Tooth #21 presented with class three mobility and severe circumferential bone loss.

The graft material used was Immediate Graft mixed with OsseoConduct βTCP Perio granules. The occlusion was adjusted to remove any occlusal contacts and the surgery was the Inverted Periosteal Graft. Post op probings were normal with healthy gingiva.
